I LOVE this story. A NYC woman, named Ashley Mayer had this nightmare happen: One airpod - dropped down into the abyss -- the subway tracks. Noooooooo! Gone forever?
She did request help, but was informed that:
"it was going to take two hours and I had to be present," Mayer tweeted.
What I love so much about Ashley is that well 1) she was smart enough to not jump down to try and retrieve it, and 2) she wasn't quite ready to give up and decided to go on a rescue mission:
She ingeniously put together a list of supplies she would need for her mission. All with a bit of humor too! These live tweets were giving me life. Go Ashley!
And success! Congrats Ashley... the only thing is - how much disinfecting before you would allow that expensive little bugger back in your ear?
