Miami Beach police detectives are investigating an early morning blaze in a seven-story apartment building as an arson.
Officer Ernesto Rodriguez says so far no charges have been filed, but a woman has been taken into custody for questioning.
Three people were hurt while trying to evacuate the building.One woman is in critical but stable condition after she tried use bed linens to lower herself from a third story balcony and fell.
Two others had smoke inhalation.
