One person is in custody after shots were fired at Trump National Resort in Doral. The shots were fired early this morning at the golf resort lobby. Miami-Dade Police say there were no known injuries, but a source says the shooter was hurt after being shot by police during a confrontation and was taken to Kendall Regional hospital with police escort.
MDPD Director Juan Perez says the suspect showed up spewing information about President Trump and then draped an American flag over the counter before firing shots in the lobby.
One officer was injured- not shot, but is expected to be OK.
