Massive Crocodile in Miami-Dade Neighborhood

An endangered crocodile is back in the wild after walking along a Miami-Dade County roadway.  Miami-Dade police said a saltwater crocodile was discovered by an officer in the area of Southwest 216th Street and Galloway Road in Cutler Bay.

Wildlife Officials responded, but couldn't wrangle it due to federal law prohibiting the trapping of the crocodile species.

The reptile eventually left the pavement and went into a nearby lake.
