posted by Nathalie Rodriguez -

Tropical Storm Harvey is expected to move through the Windward Islands and into the eastern Caribbean Sea later today.  As of 5 a.m. Eastern time, the National Hurricane Center located Harvey about 30 miles east-southeast of Barbados, moving west at 18 miles an hour.

Top winds are 40 miles an hour.  Forecasters say two to four inches of rain will fall on parts of the Windward Islands from Martinique southward to Grenada, possibly causing flash floods and mudslides.
