Cruise lines Carnival, Norwegian and Royal Caribbean are settling out of court over unsolicited robocalls.
The class action lawsuit filed against those companies and Resort Marketing Group could entitle people who got the calls to between 300 and 900-dollars. The suit argued that the call are a violation of the Telephone Consumer Protection Act.
