(Orlando, FL) -- Family and friends of three-year-old Myles Hill are demanding justice for the boy who was found dead inside a van at an Orlando daycare center.
About 100 people turned out last night for a vigil held outside the Little Miracles Academy on Gore Street and Plymouth Avenue. Police Chief John Mina says criminal charges will be filed against the daycare employee who was driving the van and failed to drop off Myles on Monday morning.
It's believed that the boy had been inside the vehicle for 13 hours and his death was heat-related.
