Franklin Expected To Be 1st Hurricane of Atlantic Season

(Miami, FL)  --  Tropical Storm Franklin is strengthening as it continues to head toward Mexico.  Forecasters at the National Hurricane Center in Miami say top winds have increased to 65 miles an hour. Franklin is expected to become a hurricane later today and reach the eastern coast of Mexico tonight or early tomorrow. Tropical storm and hurricane warnings are posted along the Mexican coast.
