Having Purpose Leads To Sound Sleeping

Having a reason to get up in the morning helps you sleep that much better at night.  New research from Northwestern University finds that people who have a purpose in life tend to sleep more soundly.

The subjects in the study were all elderly but researchers think the findings could apply to people of all ages.

They propose helping people find their own purpose as an alternative to drugs for sleeping through the night.
