Record South Florida Rain Threatens Everglades Wildlife

The Everglades is inundated with unusually high water levels after this month's deluge.  Wildlife Commissioner Ron Bergeron said the amount of rain south Florida received in the first month of June was significantly more than what's typical.  

Officials say the high water levels left many hardwood hammocks underwater and are threatening the survival of some animal species.
