Hearts are heavy this morning in the Estefan household.
Grammy-award winning singer Gloria Estefan's mother died last night. She made the difficult announcement on Instagram saying: Gloria Fajardo "went peacefully surrounded by her daughters, grandchildren, son-in-laws, niece, three loving caregivers, extended family and her most trusted friends.”
She was 88.
