Hollywood stars Julianne Moore and Zoe Saldana are lending their talents to pop star Sia's new video, "Free Me." E! News reports that Moore serves as the narrator of the video and Saldana plays the main character, Kai. The video opens with Moore introducing the Kai, "This is Kai, an expecting mother, a daughter, a friend . . . She's about to learn HIV is taking hold in her body, attacking her immune system and if left untreated will be passed on to the baby growing inside her."
