Authorities say a county bomb squad was called after a vehicle was pulled over in Florida.
The bomb squad from Monroe County Sheriff's Office was called to deal with a suspicious package during traffic stop in Key Largo on Sunday afternoon.
Sheriff's office spokeswoman Deputy Becky Herrin says the vehicle was pulled over on the southbound side of U.S. 1, near a Burger King that was briefly evacuated "out of an abundance of caution.
"The sheriff's office did not release many details about the incident but Herrin says questions were being referred to the FBI.
The FBI's Tampa office was handling the case and did not immediately return a call put in by the Herald.
