A case of mistaken identity! Wyclef Jean in handcuffs in Los Angeles? The rapper posted a video to his Instagram earlier this morning showing him detained by two police officers. Jean wrote that he was in handcuffs for "absolutely no reason" and suggested that another black man also wearing a bandana had robbed a gas station while he was working in the studio.
