Miami Music Week gets officially underway today. Dozens of events will be hosted through the weekend. In 2016, over 1,180+ artists performed at 260+ events hosted at 78+ venues.
This year, A-list partiers planned to attend festivities include Bob Sinclar, David Guetta, Cedric Gervais, Ice Cube and Ty Dolla Sign plus so many more.
The main event, Ultra Music Festival, is expected to draw tens-of-thousands to downtown Miami's Bayfront Park from Friday through Sunday.
Now in its seventh year, Greater Miami Convention and Visitors Bureau Chair Bruce Orosz's has seen Miami Music Week grown into one of the most recognized electronic music events in the world. He tells us, "it actually embodies many different types of music. It adds engagement in many of the different hotel properties around our community and has attracted a tremendous audience from around the globe."
Tennis fans are also packing the hotels with one of the most prestigious tournaments in the world: the Miami Open, which has just begun.
