A superbug is on its way to the International Space Station. SpaceX has successfully launched a Falcon 9 rocket carrying supplies to the ISS. The rocket is carrying supplies for the crew of the ISS along with a sample of MRSA bacteria for a zero-gravity study.
The mission that blasted off Sunday did so from NASA's Launch Complex 39A at Cape Canaveral - the launchpad where Neil Armstrong and Buzz Aldrin began their mission to the moon aboard Apollo 11 in July of 1969.
