On Sunday (January 22), Drake performed a second night of his highly anticipated performances at the legendary Apollo Theatre in Harlem.
After about an hour and a half of performing, Drake welcomed his collaborator 21 Savage. But before the pair could start, a man's body suddenly dropped from the second floor into the middle of the orchestra pit.
One fan's footage shows the person falling from the Mezzanine balcony into the crowd.
Drake eventually paused the show after initially not noticing the fan's accident.
“Just got to make sure somebody’s okay,” Drake said as 21 Savage stood alongside him.
His fall also dislodged a light fixture, which had to be removed.
After about 15 minutes, the venue announced that no one was injured and that "the show must go on".
