It looks like Lady Gaga may be returning to the big screen soon as multiple reports say the singer is set to star opposite Joaquin Phoenix in the sequel to “Joker.”

During the promotion of her 2021 film, “House of Gucci,” Gaga talked about starring in a superhero movie, saying, “I might, yeah. It’s really hard for me to say that I wouldn’t do something.”

“I think mostly I’m not interested in doing things that don’t ultimately have something meaningful to say,” Gaga continued.

Although Gaga’s role has not been officially confirmed, it’s speculated she’ll be portraying the lead’s longtime partner-in-crime, the infamous Harley Quinn.

"Joker: Folie à Deux" is set to be released on October 4, 2024, exactly 5 years after the first film's release.
