What's better than craft beer and the nostalgic vibes? Vanilla Ice is looking to transform a historic building in downtown Lake Worth Beach into something the entire community can enjoy, as his plans include a pop-culture museum, brewery, and even a rooftop bar.

Wellington, Florida resident, global rapper, and host of the DIY Network's "The Vanilla Ice Project," Vanilla Ice, whose real name is Robert Van Winkle, has his sights set on a local renovation project. Van Winkle plans to gut the 1922 Masonic building on Lake Avenue, near City Hall, and restore the 100-year-old property.

Van Winkle told his followers in a Facebook video, "We're gonna keep this place like the '20s so it's gonna feel like, you know, you're coming back in the '20s," and said he hopes to have the project completed within 6 months.

As he toured the 3-story building, Van Winkle revealed the space that he hopes to become a brewery on the first floor and set up the pop-culture museum on the second floor.

What can we expect in the pop culture museum? He said, "Everything from Mohammed Ali to the movies to Vanilla Ice to '(Beverly Hills) 90210,' it's all gonna be in here."

The rapper and renovator also shared that he wants to create a speakeasy in the 18,000-square-foot property's basement and a rooftop bar on the top floor, which he said will be complete with a wooden deck, and a priceless view of the Atlantic Ocean.
