It looks like there are some unresolved issues in the household of the richest man on Earth.

According to TMZ, one of Elon Musk’s children, his eldest 18-year-old child reportedly filed to change their name in an effort to emancipate themselves fully from the Tesla CEO.

Xavier Musk has legally requested their name be changed to Vivian Jenna Wilson, as Wilson is the maiden name of their mom, Justine Musk.

According to the reports, the documents were filed in April, just after the teen's18th birthday.

There is a screenshot circulating on social media of what appears to be legal documents.

The alleged documents list their reason for the moniker change as “gender identity and the fact that I no longer live with or wish to be related to my biological father in any way, shape or form.”

TMZ reports that the hearing is set for Friday (6/24/22).

Elon has yet to publically comment on the filing, shares Xavier and his twin brother, Griffin, with his ex-wife Justine, who also shares triplets Kai, Saxon, and Damian with the billionaire.
