Not sure if you knew about this because I sure didn't. I guess that over 14 million Americans live within a 5 mile radius of a cancer-gas emitting plant. According to the DailyMail, the UCS or the "Union Of Concerned Scientests" found that large amounts of ethylene oxide which is used to clean medical equipment and food items. There are even more than 10,000 schools within range of these facilities and or warehouses which is a scary thought.
As a mom of two girls living in Miami, it was scary to see how close these plants are to even my home. You can see the detailed map with actual locations HERE!
