Monoclonal antibodies are lab-produced molecules that act as a substitute for antibodies. They restore, enhance and mimic the immune system’s attack on cells. Health experts say the goal is to lessen covid symptoms for high-risk patients.

Florida Gov. Ron DeSantis announced treatment site will be located at Tropical Park, the site will be open from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., seven days a week.

Other hospital systems like the Memorial Health Care System and Broward Health Medical Center are also offering the therapy.
