Realtor.com has come out with their list of the most affordable beach towns.

The list judged more than 1,300 towns along America’s shore, looking at factors like median prices of home listings from May 2020 through April 2021. (Note: the list contains only on town in a state.)

Topping the list is Atlantic City, New Jersey, where the median home listing price is $145,050.
