A privately owned 6-acre island only accessible by boat is now for sale in Homosassa.
Located a little over an hour north of Tampa "Dreamcatcher Island" is up for sale for $649,900.
According to reports the island comes with a 2,800-square-foot main house with three bedrooms, and three bathrooms. It also features two kitchens, a solar-heated saltwater pool and spa, a floating tiki hut, a 5,000-gallon rainwater cistern, a tractor, a golf cart, a dock, and a 20-foot pontoon boat.
