The post went viral and I, of course, had to share it because it’s so important. Omairis Taylor Shared a public post on Facebook stating that her son is three years old and nonverbal with autism. In previous years people open the door and expect him to say “Trick or treat” before giving him candy and she has to explain her sons situation at every house where they stop. This year she is hoping to raise awareness with blue trick-or-treating buckets. The color is symbolizing autism and letting others know that when her child, or any other child with a blue bucket comes asking for candy to please just share the goods.
So now you know, if you have a child come knocking with a blue bucket they may be nonverbal so you don't need to wait for the "trick or treat" line to share sugary goodness =0)
