John Legend, Ed Sheeran, Prince Harry all Celebrate World Mental Health Day

John Legend launched a new initiative and program for World Mental Health Day. On an Instagram post he shared a video with the caption:

It’s World Mental Health Day and I’m alongside @livenationin standing with@YourTourSupport- a new program which supports touring musicians and their crews. They’ve partnered with @betterhelp to create BetterHelp: Tour Support which provides on the road counseling.

There's also the adorable and slightly awkward video shared by Ed Sheeran and Prince Harry which, aside from being an eye-full (in the best of ways) is also a great resource because they listed the handles for over a dozen organizations dedicated to helping with mental health needs.

On the video caption they said:

Myself and Prince Harry, want to ensure that not just today but every day,

you look after yourself, your friends and those around you.

There’s no need to suffer in silence - share how you’re feeling, ask how someone is doing and listen for the answer, be willing to ask for help when you need it, and know that we are all in this together

If you need help please please reach out to a heath care professional. If you just need someone to talk to, please reach out too! You're not alone in this and mental health is a real topic we all need to address more openly.
