This is admirable! Very few women I know, myself at the top of that list, would so openly share their weight this way. I love to see the openness of this video, the vulnerability behind her having a “long way to go” to reach her desired weight for Coachella, and the way she shared the step-by-step to her success.
I’ll tell you what, I’m definitely looking into that 22 days nutrition thing because without giving a number, cause I am definitely not as brave as Beyoncé right now, I actually weigh more than she did at the start of the video and I gotta get this under control.
