Injuries reported after brawl breaks out at youth baseball game in Lakewood

This is crazy!

Lakewood Police Department is asking for help after this brawl broke out at a kids baseball game. Injuries were reported, including broken ribs! Apparently it all started when some parents weren't happy with the call made by a 13-year-old umpire.

"Coaches and parents, unhappy with a baseball game involving 7-year-olds and a 13-year-old umpire, took over the field and began assaulting each other," police said on its Facebook page.

The Lakewood Police Department release the video on Twitter saying:

"These adults took over the field and began assaulting each other on 6/15 during a youth baseball game. We're looking for any info, in particular to ID the man in the white shirt/teal shorts. Several people have already been cited in this fight and injuries were reported."

I know from working with children since 2003 in my dance studio GiGi's Academy, that parents can be passionate about their kids... but this is going way too far. Seriously? How is this setting an example for your little ones?
