The video is very disturbing so viewer discretion is advised. This happened in Tampa on the intersection of Fowler and Nebraska. You can see how a limp woman’s body falls from the moving SUV as it crosses the intersection. The car stops, a man gets down proceeding to pick up the woman’s body, he drags her and puts her back in the car. He then walks back to the driver side, gets behind the wheel, and takes off.
