His Pics, a Parent's Nightmare for a Good Cause

At first glance the pictures are pretty terrifying. From sitting on the ledge over a lake to walking on the edge of a wall over the open ocean, little Hannah seems like she's the most precarious toddler out there who's dad should be sent to jail.

But, before you call parental services, know that Stephen Crowley is a photographer and photoshop guru and Hannah has never in fact driven his car. So why, other than to prank family, take so much time to perfect these pics of his daughter in dangerous situations?

Hannah, who is now 18 months old, was born with a rare immune disorder called HLH which is life threatening and kept her in the hospital six months. During this time she received chemotherapy and a bone marrow transplant from an anonymous donor. She's now doing much better. Her dad told Mashable "Because we missed out on so much normal stuff of the first year, we take tons of photos now that we're able to do normal things out of isolation."

Crowley is hoping the pictures will bring awareness to the importance of becoming a bone marrow donor, which you can do by registering on Be the Match and taking a simple cheek swab.
